Everything you need to know

  • Accommodation services
    Guests are required to present a valid ID or travel document upon check-in.
    Upon check-in, the Guest acknowledges these Operating and Housekeeping Regulations in their entirety and agrees to them without reservation.
  • Arrival and departure
    The earliest check-in time on the day of arrival is 2 pm.
    On the day of departure, please vacate the rooms no later than 11 am.
    Departure is possible only after handover and inspection of the used premises. The entire apartment is strictly no smoking!!! In case of violation, a fee of 10 000 CZK will be charged. Smoking is allowed outside in designated areas. In order to respect nature, we ask you to sort your waste. Please respect the night time hours from 22.00 to 6.00. It is forbidden to move furniture in any way in all rooms. It is forbidden to use candles and brought electrical appliances in the rooms and to handle fire in any way. Any defects must be reported immediately to the apartment manager. Everyone is obliged to secure their belongings so that they are not stolen, including items left in parked vehicles. The guest is obliged to be considerate to other roommates, to maintain order, cleanliness and to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules. Bed linen is changed whenever there is a change of occupant, in the case of accommodation for a longer period of time by agreement. It is forbidden to gather more people in the room than the number of persons for which the room is intended. If a guest requests an extension, he/she may be moved to a room other than the one in which he/she was originally accommodated. It is forbidden to use any pyrotechnics (fireworks, fireworks, firecrackers ...) in the property and its surroundings. The operating and house rules are binding for all guests. In the event of non-compliance with these rules and regulations, the property manager or owner may exclude a person from the accommodation and the property without compensation and impose a fee of CZK 10,000.
  • Payments, booking and cancellation fees
    Please pay the full amount no later than seven days after booking.
    The stay can be cancelled in person, by phone or in writing (e-mail is also possible).
    The date of cancellation shall be the date on which the Customer notifies the Customer of this fact. The guest can choose another date of stay, after agreement with the operator.
    If the customer cancels the order, the following will be charged:
    Cancellation 3 weeks or more in advance - 90% refund
    Cancellation 2 weeks - 70% refund
    Less than 2 weeks - 50% refund
    Less than a week - 0%
  • Pets
    Pets (dog, cat,...) are allowed only for an additional fee of 500 CZK per night and only in certain apartments.
    If the pet damages the property or the apartment furnishings. The owner must report this damage at the end of the stay ! In case of violation a fee of 10 000 CZK will be charged.
  • Catering services
    The operator can provide catering services (breakfast) only after agreement with the guest.
  • Liability for damages
    At the beginning of the accommodation, the guest takes over the room without any defects.
    He is obliged to report any defects found immediately. In the event of damage to the room or other equipment of the apartment, either negligently or intentionally, or in the event of loss or breakage of the key, the guest shall pay for the damage in full. The guest house may preferably use the reservation deposit already paid to cover the damage. If the room equipment is found to be damaged in such a way that it cannot be restored to its original condition (irreversible mechanical, chemical and other damage to upholstery, mattresses, bedding, furniture, electronics, etc.), the guest will pay the cost of the damaged equipment based on the purchase price documented by the guesthouse.
  • Safety rules and measures
    Movement in and around the building is at your own risk.
    Be aware of the risk of injury on stairs, wet or frozen surfaces and electric shock. Extra care should be taken when with children, e.g. do not lean out of windows, touch hot appliances, sharp objects. Guests are not allowed to carry weapons, explosives or fireworks, possess or keep narcotic or psychotropic substances or poisons in the building where the apartments are located. Guests may not light fires without the permission of the property manager. A first aid kit is located in each apartment.
  • Fire safety rules and measures
    By accepting the room keys, the guest acknowledges the fire and alarm guidelines in their entirety and agrees to them unconditionally.
    Apartments Jasmin is a completely non-smoking property, so there is a strict no smoking policy inside the building. Smoking is only allowed outside in a designated area. Cigarette butts must be placed in the appropriate receptacle. The handling of open fires is prohibited in all apartments. The use of private electrical or gas appliances is strictly prohibited in the rooms and corridors, with the exception of sanitary facilities and laptops. Absolute prohibition applies in particular to cooking and heating appliances. The apartments are equipped with portable fire extinguishers in easily accessible and visible places. All installed portable fire extinguishers may be used to extinguish electrically powered equipment. Use fire extinguishers only in case of fire!!!! Any damage or even use of fire extinguishers in other situations (negligence, vandalism, access by children, etc.) will have to be paid for. This means paying for a new extinguisher and the cost of cleaning the premises.
